Hi ,
I wanted to know if a dealer has issued credit note on account of discount with in 6 months of the tax invoice , will his tax liability be reduced or not ?

yes tax liabilty be reduced and revised return submitted

Discount mentioned here is of the type given after the issuance of invoice
