can i give to my buyer's party credit note without gst for poor quality etc...

or how can give credit note to my buyer's without gst ?

26 January 2018 You can give the credit note without GST if your buyer agrees for the same. There is no revenue loss to the government and hence in my opinion there should be no issue except that it may be a contravention of section 34(2) according to which declaration of Credit notes is must in returns
