I want to know that

whether payment of expenses made from personal credit card for company are allowable if we reimbursed the expenses amount from company.

25 June 2010 Yes allowable, provided the Credit Card Bill for the relevant expenditure is attached as evidence and the AO get satisfied to allow U?S 37 of IT Act
