can company have credit card on the name of company itself?
or what is the procedure/method to be follow to paid expenditure through credit card ?
is this can be done if credit card on the name of co./name of authorized director?

Yes company can have credit card in its own name.

The expenses which can be claimed by the company is only if the credit card is in the name of the company. If it is in the name of directors a resolution has to be passed in this regard.
