I had filed Form - 8 with delay of 60 days.
kindly send the ROC Procedures with Clarity.

Hi,
In case of delay beyond 60 days you need to file an application/petition for con donation of delay to company law board (CLB).
In case 60 days has not expired --simply upload form 8 to ROC site and pay the late fee.
