M/s. abc pvt ltd has created charge on 31.01.2015.
and same is filed with roc 10.02.2016?
kindly tell me the number of days the delay is caused in this case?and whether the date of creation should be included for the purpose of calculating 30 days as per section.77 of act and whether the date of filing should be included to calculate the number of days delayed?

date of creation will not be included.but date of filing will be.

can you please tell me, in this case from which date one should start calculating the dalay?

you will start calculation from 01.02.2015 to 10.02.2016. total delay is 375-30= 345 days
