I have submitted registration CPT Forms for the month of June-09. yet i have not recd Registration no. i am prepare for Dec.09 CPT Exam. can i submitted Exam forms.

Because Registration No. is a Unique No provided to each student and they can be known by that no.only.
How the Institute will find out you from lots of students, because you dont have Regn. No.
Submitting the exam form without Reg. No. is like submitting Income tax return without getting/quoting the PAN No.
