SIR, how can I register for CA CPT DECEMBER 2016 exam on offline mode

For offline mode u need to purchase cpt form from your regional branch office.

CPT Examination Form available from Sales counter of ICAI branches has to be purchased on payment of application fees and then fill and submit it, that's offline mode.
