I hold COP. Have already completed 19 hours for the year ... Is it ok if I attend 1 hour in the next year?

It is OK if 'double the time' of shortfall is made up in the next year and completes 90 hours altogether in the block of 3 years.

normally, institute will extend the date till 31.3.20...
it may possible it is extend for that year also
otherwise you have to complete 2 hours in next year.
