20 November 2014 hlo friends, one of my friend cleared her Ca in Jan 2014 then from which date her CPE hours requirement will get started.

21 November 2014 CPE hours requirement becomes applicable from the date of membership.

However, a CA is exempt from CPE hours requirement during the first year of membership.
