This is kishor from karnataka (bellary)
Dear sir we have filled a income tax return on the day of 10.02.2012 and sent ITR-V before 120 days but it reaches to CPC bangalore on the day of 13.06.2012 That means 124 days and i didnt get ack receipt till now.
Please find me a solution please

Revise the return before you get the ack.

Return was filling after the due date so it can't be revised u/s 139(1)
