19 December 2009 Dear Sir,

I hv been working in a pvt. ltd company as a commercial manager where my basic task is Auditing of branches accounts. I hv experience of accounts and am interested to work as AUDITOR. Kindly inform me what course required for Auditors and what certification helpful me to work as Auditor in near future. Please help and reply. Rgds,Abdulrahim

19 December 2009 You can have one certification course of ISO 9001:2000 where you can work as a Lead Auditor.

For regular audits; you have to pass CA.

For audit of Cost Accounting, you have to pass ICWA.

For work to be performed as Internal Auditor; your present experience is enough. So get your designation from your employer as "Internal Auditor."
