Counter Sale To Foreign Customers

22 July 2017 Dear Sir we are into retail trading business and we deal to foreigners also who comes to our shop... currently we are charging cgst and igst to our customers as the place of supply is local (At counter)... but we have heard that if we sale to foreigners we have to charge IGST and foreigner customers can claim their paid IGST at airport... please guide in this regard I will be very thankful to you....
