Counter party submit status not submitted meaning

Sir/Madam, In my GSTR2A shows Counter Party Return status is "Not Submitted" with some invoices what is the meaning Counter Party Return status is Not submitted

It means your supplier just submitted his return and yet to filed.
It gets reflected in the GSTR 2A because the counter party although has uploaded the invoices in the GST portal but hasn’t submitted and filed their GSTR 1.

Thank you very much madam but Can I take ITC of such invoices, please give procedures

In my opinion , unless supplier file the return , ITC can not be taken ( As per sec 16 of CGST Act )
