Could not file itr of ay 2017-18

03 April 2018 Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I could not file my and my family-members' ITR for AY 2017-18. Some had taxable income and some have non taxable income. What will be consequences now ? Is there any remedy ?

03 April 2018 only remedy is to request jurisdictional CIT to condone the delay and permit filing of return beyond the due dates.
