i am a registered dealer of iron & steel.in connection with entry tax the declaration of form D.issued by the UP VAT department to the dealer on cost basis.kindly let me know the cost of 1 form D realizable by issuing authority by the dealer

It is to be issued by the department and the same is to be issued on each bill basis
