Cost involved in Listing a share in NSE/BSE

12 May 2009 How much cost will be involved for listing a share in BSE and NSE and also what will be the minimum cost involved for the advertisement of such issue.

12 May 2009 The Listing fees are (with regards to IPO)-
BSE - Rs. 20,000(irrespective of issue size)
NSE - Rs. 25,000(irrespective of issue size)
Besides this fees, an applicant has to pay Processing fees. Also after getting Listed, it has to pay Annual Listing Fees depending upon the Amount of Capital Issued.
Advertisement fees vary upon the Advertisement Planned by the company.

15 May 2009 Also take in to account the cost of NSDL & CDSL for DEMAT Connectivity.
