Whether cost audit is applicable to Vanaspati industries for financial year 2010-2011 and 22011-012 ?

Section 209(1D) of the Companies Act, 1956 includes Vanaspati Industries under the ambit of Cost Audit. For the financial years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012, Cost Audit is applicable.
