Kindly tell me, what are the criteria for applicability of cost audit under companies act 2013.

14 December 2013 Thanks, But the link does not show the actual criteria for the applicability of cost audit under companies act 2013, if you could link to such an article or tell us what exactly all criteria and conditions were that would be greatly helpful.

16 December 2013 yes as in article applicable for public companies mandatory and it is also says that it is applicable to class of companies as may be prescribed
