Yes CWA can act as an internal auditor nothing is mentioned in company's act contrary to it but it is upto the statutory auditor to rely on his report or not

YES A COST ACCOUNTANT CAN ACT AS AM INTERNAL AUDITOR OF A COMPANY. ( HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN APPOINTED AS A COST AUDITOR IN THAT COMPANY)

yes agreed with experts...internal audits are not statuary, so it is not in companies act..
