can any one tell me that is there cost accountant can do bank concurrent audits

That depends upon the conditions put by the BANKS. There is no any restrictive clause in GENERAL audit, barring cost accountants or for that matter any person other than a chartered accountant from conducting concurrent audit. It will depend upon the policy of the BANK.
