Dear friends,
Can any one guide me regarding COS Certificate as i'm a IPCC student registered through direct entry scheme and completed 3 years of articleship last year itself. For my career purpose i moved to another locality, so its difficult for me to take the signature from the same principle under whom i completed my articleship.
Now my doubt is can take the signature from any Practising CA ?

No, for Certificate of Service u must authorize the certificate with the same principal under whom u was working. If there is visiting issues then u may courier the documents and ask him/her to courier u back ASAP after signing it.
