TDS statement statistic report is generated at the time of generation of fvu.
For filing correction statement following documents are required to be enclosed-
1)form 27A
2)Copy of receipt of original return.
3)Statistic report.

It is the rep[ort generated by the office of the ITO TDS with NSDL and you can get this report only in case you have filed it for your company and the company can correct if any mistake is found after uploading.
