Hey guys i have done a silly mistake in law paper question related to proxies instead of attending my answer in this way
upto 1000 members -5 members should be required for quorum
1000 or upto 5000 members-15 members should be for quorum
mor than 5000 members -30 members should be for quorum
i have attended in this way
if members are less than 1000 then 5 members is required for quorum
if members are more than 1000 and less than 5000 15 members are required for quorum
if members exceed more than 5000 then -30 members is required for quorum
and i have returned other stuff relating to proxies wil they accept my answer and award me marks?
