Correction of assessment year in tax paid online

Hi
I have paid tax of Rs 5,936 wrongly for the Asst Year 2009-10 instead of Asst Year 2010-11 on 29-03-2012. The assessment for the Asst Year 2009-10 has already been completed. Also while verifying Form 26AS, the payment of Rs 5,936 was figured in the Asst Year 2009-10.
Kindly advise the moralities for correction of tax payment to the relevant asst year.

U shall be required to write to TDS circle / computer section of the Income tax department.. only they can resolve and rectify the same.
