Correction in tds efiling

Dear Sir,
In TDS Efiling , I Have by mistake take one particular Challan for two Quater (i.e) Q3 & Q4 but The Challan Belong to Q3. I have received Default notice from TDC as overbooked I need to rectify the Q4 TDS Efiling. Kindly help us.

Diwnload consolidated fvu from TRACES website for 4th quarter. Revise the return as per actual and submit revised return.
