Correction in Form 32 (filed in year 2000)

At the time of filing Form 32 (in year 2000), designation has been wrongly mentioned and DIN-3 also filed in the same manner.
As it was now noticed, the concerned CMD is very specific and wants to correct the filing to enable his proper designation with the original appointment date. What is the procedure and how do we address the matter.

Regarding Form 32 since the director is more specifice file another form 32 with correct desigantion and the date should be same as that of in 2000 only thing we have to a pay a fees of Rs.5000/- and automatically it will be corrected from back dated in roc records

Agree with answer above.
Simply file another form-32 by clicking "change in degignation" with original date i.e. 2000.
