for online tax deposition you have to go to income tax india site..and u will find a link regarding on line payment..it is a simple form..you have to just follow the instructions.
things which u have to keep in mind is:
correct pan no
type of deposit as advance tax or self assessment
and the year for which u are depositing the tax
