Sir will Company Bill applicable for Nov 14 Exam of CA Final

Its difficult to tell as more than 1 year is ledt for that. Look Company Bill is not in force yet and Companies Act, 1956 continues to apply.

Companies bill was yet to be approved by rajyasabha and there after it has to approved by president to become act.
