Pls give us full procedure in case of transfer /sale of copyright with fees 7 form

Simple agreement has to be executed and proper stamp duty is to be paid. Now the big question is copy right of what? If it is songs then you must get is register with the writers association and then it should be in your name and you must have paid the fee and through writers association you can get is transferred by depositing the agreement and transfer fee. Like wise in the matter of other copy rights you have to follow the same procedure.
