13 April 2013 Is a shareholder eligible to obtain copy of articles of association from the Company? If so what is the procedure?

13 April 2013 Memorandum and Article of Association of the company is a public document and any person can access the same through online inspection at MCA website i.e. www.mca.gov.in

A shareholder can also ask the secretarial department to provide a copy of Memorandum and Article of Association and company should provide.

you can as k to secretary of the company in writing.
or easiest option is just get registered at mca site, pay rs. 50 as public inspection fess.
and download whatever you want.
