I am working as employee in company and now i want to leave the company and start practice.

So Please let me know the procedure of COP application.

07 November 2014 Once you leave the employment, you can apply for COP to ICAI. If you want to do your practice in your individual name, no need to apply for "trade name registration." If you want to do practice in some trade name e.g. your name & Associates or Company etc....you need to apply for the approval of trade name also. Both the applications can be made simultaneously.
