Is it possible to send the application form for COP with the cheque towards fees by courier to the nearest ICAI office?

In my opinion , is it possible but in that case may be you wil not get the ackowledgement.......

Yes u can send. You will get receipt for payment of the same after a months time.

application form for COP should be send only Regional council of ICAI e.i. CIRC.NIRC,WIRC,SIRC etc.
