if you have not filed the form of membership, then file it and give details of cop in that. form - 2
if you have already filed the form of membership, file form 6
if you have already filed the form of membership, file form 6

I agree with the expert. COP will be allowed from the date it is accepted by the ICAI and it is not automatically that on sending the application in form No. 2 it will be allowed and you can start practice on the basis of your mark sheet for practicing you must have the COP
