I HAVE COP SINCE JULY 2012 , BUT I AM NOT DOING PRACTICE
I AM ENGAGED IN EMPLOYMENT SINCE SEPTEMBER ,MY EMPLOYER IS DEDUCTING PF
CAN I SURRENDER MMY COP OR APPLY FOR PART TIME COP?

either you have to inform icai about your employment or surrender cop.

This basically depends upon the terms and conditions of your employment. Many employers insist that you keep COP whereas others insist that you should not be in any manner; directly or indirectly; associated with any business, profession etc by whatever name called.
