28 March 2016 whats the procedure to form a educational society or trust? which one would be better to form? which one tax copliances are are more legible?

28 March 2016 Societies Act, 1860. Indian Trust Act 1882, Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. These are the various acts. Please note every State has its own Cooperative Societies Act. e.g. Maharashtra Co operative Societies Act, Karnataka Societies Act and so on.
My request would be, please dont get confused with Societies Act 1860 with the State co operative Act. The educational institutes are registered under Societies Act 1860 as well as Indian Trust Act 1882. Both are administered by the Charity Commissioneers of the appropriate jurisdiction.
