what is the difference between conveyance and travelling and transportation expenses??

Conveyance is the expenses given for meet the travel with in the city/town/ place
Traveling is the expenses given for meet the travel beyond the city/town. city to city
Transportation is the expenses which given for carry the goods/materials from one place to other place

means suppose i given 1000 rs to my employee to visit at kolkatta...in this..the trai fair rs 500 from bombay to kolakatta is travellin expenses and expenses occured in the kolkatta rs 500 by the way of auto and buses and etc is considered as conveyance??
or totally amount is under traveliing
