Conveyance / Transport Allowance

Hi, If Company send employee to out of India for 3 or 6 months & paying salary in india (with Convyqance allowance). he can get the convyance allowance exempt u/s 10 (14)for that period ?

For the period he is out of country, he cannot claim the conveyance allowance paid in india in indian rupees.

Perhaps such instances have prompted Govt to introduce FBT
