i passed cpt in the year june 2010 and my graduation with 51%, i am an existing ipcc student and i want to convert from ipcc to ipc, can i do so?

No you cannot, because you should have minimum 55% to convert into direct entry scheme

Hence you are not eligible to convert to direct entry scheme
you can also confirm with icai regional branch so that you can have clear idea on it
