I M A STUDENT OF PCC AND NOW I WANT TO CONVERSION INTO IPCC,I FAILED IN PCC 4 TIMES BUT SECURE EXEMPTION IN IT SM WHAT HAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR IT
