10 April 2022 I want know the procedure for conversion of trust into section 8 company. I also want to know what approvals we have to take from the trust authority.
if any know about this then please do reply.

10 April 2022 Create section 8 company and get 12AB approval as charitable company.
Pass resolution in the trust to donate all the assets to the section 8 company having similar objectives.
