Conversion of private ltd into firm

17 November 2014 Company X have been incorporated with One division of business then later on another 3 division has been added. Now It needs to convert those division needs to be convert into separate firm - 3 firm. The Director of the company and partner of the firm are same. Please clarify me how to do ?
