Conversion of Firm to pvt co.

06 September 2007 when converting a partnership firm to pvt co, is it mandatory to mention in the MoA or AoA that "this is a partnership firm converted to pvt co".
And also if u could, in brief pls explain me the procedure, specially the online one, it would be a great help, or u could give me reference of some link for help regarding that matter.
