28 April 2012 dear experts,

my co. is a pvt co. showing dormant status on mca portal and last filing done is on 31/03/2004... pls let me knw the whole procedure as now i want my co. to show active status on mca portal????????

pls solve as soon as possible....

28 April 2012 You have to file form 61 with MCA requesting for normalization. After approval of the same, all return should be filled within 21 days. After filling the return within 21 days staus will be changed to active.

28 April 2012 Form 61 should accompany a detailed application and a notarized affidavit, executed in Rs. 100/- worth stamp paper, in support of the application.
