wat is the last date for conversion form pcc to ipc for attending nov 13 ca ipc exams.. plz help me its urgent

There is no due date for conversion but however it should be make on or before to the commencement of exams.
But my suggestion is apply for conversion immediately because of by applying to conversion you will received latest materials and practice manuals which are applicable for November 2013 exams so they shall use full to your exams as well as while applying to your exam(i.e at the time of submission of your exam form)you may not face any problem due to registration held as PCC.
So better to apply for conversion immediately. The conversion fee may be Rs. 400 or Rs. 500 so it may not so much cost so apply immediately for conversion.
