13 July 2010 One of my clients wants to register a pvt company and his proprietorship business is to be acquired by the co. Now my question is how the matter is included in the MOA

17 July 2010 An MOA document should contain

The company name.
The address where the registered office of the company is located.
The objects of the company.
The name and addresses of the directors of the company
Depending on the type of the company other clauses can be included in the memorandum.

17 July 2010 Ms.Sukanya I know all those things. My specific question how the MOA is to be prepared?.What Clause is to be included in the MOA?. The basic point is Proprietorship business is to be converted to Pvt co.
