Thank U Mr. Singh for replying. I am sorry my question was not clear. I mean to say that - what are the taxes are applicable for Civil Contractor (like - WCT, Vat or Service Tax.) which he should charged in the bill. and suppose he has not charged any taxes in the bill and we pay that bill and in futur if any querry comes from IT department in that case who will be liable to pay these taxes.
