Is there any changes in contents of Directors' report for the year ended 31.03.2014?
Whether we have to follow the Companies' Act 2013 while preparing directors' report?
If any changes, please give us format for private limited.

Directors report for the FY 2013-14 shall be prepared in accordance with Companies Act, 1956.

can anyone have a drafted Board of Directors report as per new Companies Act, if yes, please share.

As I told you in my previous reply there is no need to prepare Directors report as per companies act, 2013 this year.
Simply prepare the same as per old format and as per section 217 of companies act, 1956.
