Please help out with the below query,
Mr.A, employee with XYZ Co. gets salary on a monthly basis.
Is it possible that Mr.A can get consultancy fees alongwith salary and show the consultancy fees as income in HUF, please consult

The essence of Consultancy is an Individual's approach. An HUF can not do so.
An employee can not say that the consultancy being given to the employer is as Karta of the HUF ( Whereas it is possible that at home, in his HUF, no body is bothered to listen him).

So, bright possibilities of Income being added in the hands of employee, and brightest chances of disallowance of expenditure in the case of employer also.
