Construction work contract material return

05 July 2019 Dear Experts.
We've got the contract of construction inclusive material. Therefore we have send the materials on contract site by delivery challan however after completion of contract we have also raised the tax invoice thereof to contractee. Now the issue is......
After completing contract our some materials are left there at site such as sand, bricks, cement, steels etc. Pls let me know by which documents this materials will be return from there to our additional places of business.

05 July 2019 Sir we had sent the materials by delivery challan from our additional place of business to site but I'm asking for return of materials from site to our additional places of business

05 July 2019 Ohkkk. Sir if it may be take it back through delivery challan then question arise....who will make delivery challan and in whose name... Actually here contractee is not responsible to make challan so whether we have to make in our own name...
